Communication was great—Paris and Joy were very helpful. When I made the purchase, I was excited and nervous at the same time—it’s a lot of money to spend on something site unseen, but with their guarantee, I felt comfortable doing so. So far so good. I’m hoping it will be my forever watch! Thank you for the nice experience.
