The item was wrapped in bubble wrap, then placed in an oversized box with plenty of packing peanuts to ensure the post office would not damage it if it were dropped, kicked, or run over by a truck. I call it FedEx safe packing. (If you know, you know). Item works exactly as expected and was the item pictured in the listing! Outstanding! Than You!

But I have never seen another seller package something so well as this. My other laptop (different seller) was wrapped tightly in cardboard and shipped like a book. Not the case with this seller. Great job So the battery issue isn't really a big deal
