I’m giving the item 5-stars because it was brand new. Would absolutely do business with them again, great communication and prompt resolution. But they basically overnighted it to me from Japan, and there's a little special set of Timex Japan playing cards that came with it. Nice touch. This is the second time I purchased from them, and I would purchase with them again. They also opened the watch prior to shipping to make sure it functioned properly and repackaged it.
