      The item I purchased was not what I received with the intial shipment. The package label indicated that it was the right part but the contents were not what the package label said. I sent them a message to tell them about the problem. They quickly responded and offered to send the correct item out the next day. It's on its way. Good and quick response! I won't hesitate to use them again if I need to.
