Told the vender who was unable to do anything to break loose the envelope (probably crushed between the rollers on some sorting machine) and instructed me to wait a week then inform eBay. I waited 3 weeks then informed eBay at which point the seller issued a refund. Seller was Great, US Customs not so much.

The item was very well priced, and in perfect condition. It was packed promptly and arrived in great shape. Overall, very satisfied. Will definitely be looking to the seller for future business, thank you!
