I was convinced I wouldn’t get it so I contacted the seller to ask for a refund, the seller said ok I’ll give you a refund, I could’ve sent out another one. It’s a beautiful colour, well designed box etc, it’s my first Charlotte Tilbury lipstick Alhumdulilah. I wana wear it on my birthday. Seller was reliable answered my message, which was courteous of her. Truthworthy seller bless.
