Nothing was too much trouble and they went to the effort of taking actual photos on request rather than using the stock ones. They held the item for me so as to avoid courier system shutdown over Xmas period too. Item was exceptionally well packed and exactly as described so full marks to a top seller. I also appreciated the regular updates on status and the tracking details.
