The seller has the item listed as new condition, but I received a used one. Didn t come in original packaging, and showed signs of use. Contacted the seller, claimed that an agent used the wrong ad to list the hard drive. Seller refunded half my money and let me keep the hard drive, which was appreciated. Hopefully they update the ad to USED for future purchasers.

The only reason I am leaving positive feedback is because they refunded my money. Sketchy at best, buyer beware.

They included the SAS cables, at no charge, as a token of good faith. They were a pleasure to deal with. Sellers cant do anything to improve logistic operations and accidents do happen. A+++. I will be buying from them again.
