Good communication from this seller, was able to negotiate a great price. Item arrived with minor damage from shipper but was easily repaired. The packaging could have used a bit more padding. Shipping charges were very fair. I'm very happy with this purchase and would buy from this seller again.

I do fault rough handlers and perhaps a little bubble wrap and securing the item may have helped save it from transport . The seller was wonderful ; offered a quick and generous resolution . I would order from this seller again . The damaged item value after the partial refund was very good . I still love the piece ; I will have to come up with a way to mask the defect as I will still display it and enjoy it for years to come . Dept 56 ; always high quality

However that can be fixed later on. It's in good working order and it was just as described. I'm currently looking to get a new grill for it to replace the dented one. It's a great speaker though.
