It was not something the seller saw since she never unwrapped the limbs of the kit, so this was not her fault. However, she was extremely understanding and quick to answer my concerns and was willing to allow me to return the doll kit for a full refund. She did ship the kit quickly, and it arrived well-packaged. Do not hesitate to buy from this seller. She provides great communication and stands behind her sales.
