Tried to get seller to replace it but the they kept saying it would arrive in 2 days which was in June. It never did. Eventually had to buy the item locally because I'm a beautician and couldn't be without clippers for a month. Tried to get seller to work with me but had very poor communication. It is unfortunate that we, as the seller, end up paying the price for issues that were out of our hands. This review feels deeply unfair because we fulfilled our part immediately. We hope future buyers understand that shipping and customs delays are beyond our control

Packaging was poor as there was no bubble wrap to protect product during shipping and bottles just placed inside the box. There was lube all over the inside of the box when I opened it. Luckily, I can use an old bottle to replace the broken one received, however better packaging would have avoided the issue. Product was shipped and received quickly and fairly priced, otherwise I would have given negative feedback.
