Then it took several more days to receive a refund—and only after I followed up. This is not how a real business operates. It feels like cheating. I don’t understand how eBay still allows this seller to remain on the platform. They are not a serious seller—there’s no sense of responsibility or professionalism in how they handle business.

I contacted the seller and they said they would send me the missing one, however, they had sold out since I placed my order. They asked if a refund for the missing one was ok. I was able to order the missing one from another vendor in time for Christmas. This seller did everything they could to make this order right.
