The first one remained stuck in max mode, but I was able to return it after reaching out. I was excited when the replacement arrived and opened it right away, only to find it wasn’t properly ready for use. I contacted the seller again, and they kindly issued a refund and advised me to keep the machine as a courtesy for the inconvenience. The steps they took on their end is an example of great customer service.
