Shipping was fast for an overseas order, and communication was polite and clear. The thank-you note and tiny origami swan were lovely touches. To anyone who loves and/or collects Japanese toys, I highly recommend Pilina_Japan!

I think the value is good for the price as there arent a lot of options for this very specialized item. The item appeared new in the box. The seller is AMAZING. It arrived fron Japan to the central US in less than a week. And they included a little thank you card and origami swan with the package. Those little things make a big difference. Bid and buy with confidence. This is a true professional

Item was received as advertised with all components shown. The lateral weight was not included. Unsuccessful numerous email attempts to describe and/or send diagrams to determine if it was available. The unit performs as expected. Will do business with him again.The overseas shipping was not a problem for time or damage
