They were prompt and fast and gracious. This sellers is an honest and ethical person and I would do business with them in the future. The item was shipped in a safe package and I was able to reuse their packing to send the item back. The refund process was easy and the shipping was free. I highly recommend this seller due to their ethical treatment of me in this situation.

Packaged well in a bit of an oversized box for the product -- 'packaged well' being the key phrase. Wasn't expecting the game to be as small in size as it is but it's a pleasant surprise. Product itself is in immaculate condition. It is indeed complete and in near mint condition. All components are present; box itself is free from dents, dings or blemishes. Added penguin miniatures into a storage container of my own. Not a single complaint. Well done, seller!
