False claim that it shipped 5 days before it did! All this, plus some buttons don’t work. Turns out received different remote than listed!

Most annoying the mats were shipped separately. When purchased together. One arrived today & the other won’t arrive for 2+days & the mat that arrived was rolled up & taped with packing tape ON THE MAT! Leaving 2 big sticky blobs. Awful packaging.
