She was bagged and was completely surrounded by lots of tissue paper. She was shipped in a box and arrived quickly. She's in excellent shape. She is so lovely. Her face is so pretty, her purple dress is gorgeous, and her cute boots are so cool. She is exactly as described, and I'm very pleased with her. The price and shipping were both fantastic.
