Wanted me to file a claim with Post Ofiice, instead. Then, issued a refund for under $1.00. Ridiculous! Tried to work through this, but Seller was more interested in what the transaction costed them and not willing to make things right. If they packaged right, damaged may have been avoided. Thin paper only on some items. Would I do business with this Seller again? Maybe, but I would certainly have to give it some thought. This wasn't an easy or pleasant transaction, but in the end, the Seller did help in an appreciated and unexpected way.
