      Item arrived in perfect condition. The packaging was fantastic, and the item was exactly as described - new and still sealed. This was a high quality transaction, and the value was excellent. The packaging of the decals in a Number 10 envelope with a cardboard stiffener to make sure of no bending. Shipping was great and ahead of schedule.       The item was delivered as described. The packaging was excellent. The shipping cost was reasonable. USPS delivered the package to the wrong mailbox at my residence, leading to some confusion and delay, but this was no fault of the seller. I think this item is a great value because it allows me to create a paint job not otherwise offered by model train manufacturers. I'm very much looking forward to seeing these decals put to use to create a unique piece for my collection. Thanks again!
