Called FedEx they were unable to retrieve the package because my name was no where on the package but I had the tracking number. This is not fair to a customer to pay for items in which someone else gets to enjoy because of the sellers error. I text the seller as soon as I realized what was going on with no response. I paid for an item and didn’t receive it.
