When I let them know I received an item similar to the one I wanted but not what I actually ordered, they responded quickly. Their first offer was for me to keep the item I was shipped and they would refund half of the price. While I appreciated that offer I let them know I would still rather get the item I ordered. Their response? "Cool. We are sending out right item ASAP and you can go ahead and keep the other item as well for your trouble." A+
