They've always had quick shipping and the products have always been exactly as described. You can imagine how bummed I was when my neck arrived damaged. They responded very quickly to my message, addressed my concerns and I was able to send it back with no hassle. When things go awry, it's how the company handles issues that makes them great, and The STRATosphere is great! They will continue to get my business.

Well packaged and as described .Shipping was horrendous and I would give negative stars if possible . 15 days for delivery .Package crossed continental US in 4 days , then 11 days west coast to Hawaii .

Good price on 62/63 Fender AV ll neck. Seller offered quick service and fair price can ask for more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ recommended
