The box was poorly packed(had a bag with bear inside and the box was half way opened when received-not sure what happened). In whole i am satisfied with my purchase, but wished i could have prepared myself to clean the clean the bear up. One broke in half during shipping. The leg broke off another one. The other three were chipped. I provided pics of the damage. After giving me the run around and offering to refund only half, they finally offered a refund only if I packed them back up and shipped the broken pieces back.
