However the seller was communicative about the situation, immediately informed me of what happened and worked with me to resolve the issue and resend the item. Very happy with both the purchase and the seller's wonderful customer service!

My item arrived super fast and I was very surprised by how big it actually was. The box was a little damaged, which doesn't bother me since the parts inside were fine and it's not anything significant. The price (excluding taxes) was very fair too compared to other offers I saw, can only recommend!

Was very clear from the beginning about the price including fees to account for my living in the US. This was bought as a birthday present for a loved one and he was so overjoyed he was near tears. Literally no complaints. If you want something from Japan, 100% buy from this seller!!!
