This jar is a special release of ZO Intense Eye Cream last year and is at only 8ml, the product is brand new for you, you probably can feel that when you open the outside plastic cover. The order was shipped with big envelop, so during the transit, the cream can be in different direction, so caused the non flat cream surface when you open it, but the product is brand new unused and have 8ml in full jar. Thank you
