I opened a message to them and explained what happened, they asked for photos which I sent and they resolved the issue with another shipment of 15 to put me over the total order of 50. Miscounts happen but this one seemed weird for whatever reason, seller was there to help me fix it. Will shop with them again.

They arrive quickly, packaged well for being transported. Everyone I work with like that they last over 8 hours. I think the value for me and our company is beyond compare. The condition they arrive and even 7 months later they haven't broken down.
