Due to the terrible weather during that time and the same stuff from the PO. I wasn't receiving anything from the PO on shipping arrival times tracking or anything it was like there was no shipment. I contacted the seller and started keeping me up to date on it all. Everytime she got an update she sent it to me. Then next day or 2 you got another message saying delayed due to weather. On and on . This seller went above and beyond to keep me to date
