After returning it, I reordered the correct white phone, but the price had increased by $24, and the seller was unwilling to refund the difference. Lastly they include a 1 year warranty only if you leave POSITIVE feedback

It was packed in a small ball securely. However, the description said Fedex for shipping but was sent by usps. It got here safely. The screen does not have any visible scratches.
