Opened side panel and reseated gpu and gpu power cables. Worked absolutely flawlessly afterwards. I would recommend adjusting the power plan to increase CPU utilization as it is starting to age a bit. If you can get a tune a good overclock, you could definitely get another 3-4 years out of this CPU in modern games. If you dont game, this is already more than enough. 8/10 recommend!

So far it performs exactly as expected and exceeds my expectations. Item was very well packaged and arrived quickly. The computer was very clean and in excellent condition. A few days of testing it and it passes every test with flying colors and runs every game at very high settings. Once the power plan is set the processor runs @ 4.5+Ghz at 40-45c(liquid cooled).
