After contacting the seller they did offer to return it. However I decided to keep the item & repair it myself because the price was still fair for the item. They shipped it out fast & other then the damaged part from shipping, it was as described & pictured in the listing. Thanks!

The first picture is what it looks like when I brought my mom’s lamp home with me. It was hard to find. It is beautiful now. Thank you so much!! I’m happy with it.
