I wish I would have known that it was missing a rhinestone before I purchased it. On the description listed for this item, it never mentioned that it was missing any rhinestones so I was not expecting it to have any missing on the buckle. I did not find any loose rhinestones inside the package either therefore, there is no reason to believe that the buckle was damaged during delivery.
