When asked about the tracking issues, he blamed USPS for scanning the package wrong.Fine, he fixed it and had it shipped to me. Upon receipt of my order the glass clock is SHATTERED!! The package is NOT marked fragile as it should be because it's GLASS! Now, I have sent him photos and have gotten ZERO response. This is unacceptable! I understand people are busy, but you sold a product, had subpar communication, and my product was destroyed!!!

A week after the auction ended, I contacted seller, as I had not heard anything from them regarding a shipping date; they got back to me right away and pointed out they were on summer hiatus, which was actually mentioned in the listing! It was completely on me that I missed that bit, so the long and the short of it is they are a great seller to deal with. Thank you very much!
