There's no real way to apply the tassels as they're oversized and unable to be draped around the shoulders properly. But otherwise the item looks exactly as advertised, and fits good for the size that was delivered. The hood's pretty large, but the fabric is lightweight and it isn't too heavy to wear, so wearing it at a con is a feasible feat in this.
