This seller deserved an exception. My order got lost in Puerto Rico for some reason so I reached out and the seller was on top of it! He got on the phone immediately trying to figure out what happened and assured me that if it was lost he would send me another copy. He did just that! This seller is very customer centric and I recommend and I trust him!
