The seller offered a 50% refund since he stated he paid for shipping which I did not think was fair or appropriate since I had no item. No tracking was provided so I’m not sure if it ever was sent. After refusing a 50% refund the seller stopped responding so, I opened a claim with eBay and got a refund. We responded to all your messages within 24 hours. The item was dispatched via Australia Post after payment was cleared, but unfortunately, the delay was beyond our control. We also followed up with Australia Post, and after they were unable to locate the parcel, we issued a full refund as a goodwill gesture. We understand the frustration caused by shipping delays, and we did everything possible to resolve the situation fairly.

This seller is multi listings under multi Seller IDs for the same items with slightly different prices. When no stock availablle, they even reply with exact same reason, waiting time frame word for word when asked for full refund. They claimed that buyer request to canceled my order not them. Be aware!
