While they are advertised as new and I did not see scratches on the connectors, the static bags on several were not sealed like a mfg would allow to go out. TBH , I really didn't care. Just an observation. The drives spun up and we're seen by the server. The capacity was slightly smaller in the raid controller, again not enough to concern or bother me. Overall I am very pleased with them.
