There are several scratched discs inside. The parts that are supposed to keep the discs in place, many are broke off and let the discs move around during shipping I guess. It's quite damaged. So now what am I supposed to do. I'm not blaming the seller but it's not my fault either.

I purchased a DVD set of The Beatles "Get Back" documentary but I received a Blu-Ray version by mistake. I sent an email requesting a refund and had a reply back in less than an hour. He admitted they sent the wrong set, and promised to send me the correct one asap. He did just that. Three days later, the DVD's were delivered. I had recently got screwed by two other sellers. I did my part, I paid the full amount for the item, The email said the item was delivered. but NO ITEM WAS DELIVERED, I was literally waiting beside my front door when the email said it was delivered. But I never saw a postal carrier. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER. I requested a refund, seller was unmoved .
