Communication, in my case at least, was very professional and the react quickly in case of faulty driver. The drive I received had 47k power on hours, which is a bit high but they are rated for 2 millions. I knew it was a possibility buying used HDD. The rest of the SMART diagnostic was clean on arrival. Thanks !

Tested them and they worked fine. Very satisfied with these purchases (I ordered 2x) and will order from this seller again for all my affordable hdd needs. Also their packaging is 10/10; inside a static plastic zip back with packaging mounts on both ends of the drive to protect them during shipping AND each one in its own spacious box. Will recommend them for everyone’s HDD needs!

I ordered the 10x 3TB sas drives (which was a great deal already), but I received them in improper packaging. I contacted their customer support, and called directly with Nick and April. They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. It was not put in a box. Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.
