Item never arrived or even shipped it would seem (tracking number provided didn’t work). They then decided they wanted to talk- funny that. Looking on their feedback they use the same old chestnut about courier issues. Ok. They then corner me by saying they'll send a replacement if I close the case, so feeling like I had no choice, I did. Surprise surprise, nothing.
