The only complaint I have about these straps is that the steel loop is on the pinky side of the wrist, not the thumb side. On anything that tightens around the wrist (gloves, wraps, u name it), it is a much better functional design to pull from the thumb side of the opposite hand. A pinky-side pull makes these rotate around the wrist so u have to re-adjust, while simultaneously also having to pull in an awkward direction.

Got a reply with in 5 minutes, and the message said very sorry and that another one was shipped immediately. No questions asked. Also message said no need to ship back. Pics were good. Great selling company. Many vendors could learn from this seller! Great experience! Buy from them
