The seller although offering a refund that was not req`d did not respond to the issues namely ... the packaging or the 3 days taken between Royal Mail tracking details being given and the item being with RM for processing. If the buyer is paying a premium for a 48 Tracked service then this to me is a poor service. I will not be using this seller in future

Given a tracking number days ago yet no updates at all, even after item had been delivered. Seems the seller is HMV or affiliated which is fine as at least you know it will Moore than likely arrive.
