Straight away they offered to send a replacement consignment by another courier company, which duly arrived in less than 24hrs. Product quality was perfect, just as described in the listing. So their service was excellent, support was excellent, and their communication was excellent. Recommended EBAY merchant. Thanks for your help guys!
