I needed a product in the box and this one didn’t have it. Why leave positive feedback? This seller was easy to work with and accommodated me. Super responsive and offered a solution to give me a product with a box for an extra shipping fee. When that wouldn’t work for me, they immediately honored the cancellation request. While I can’t speak to the products, I would buy from this seller purely for their Customer service.

DHL tried to deliver the package while it was still in Tampa??? What was that all about?
