Also directed her to a free program to download and view the design on a laptop if needed but she said no to this aswell , clearly just wanted a refund from the outset.

The seller was fantastic and replied to all my questions very quickly and sent a sample of the writing before I ordered to ensure I was happy before ordering. The keyrings came in just three days and they are amazing ! It's not engraved , but almost like it's printed on (I don't know the technical way of putting it lol) .
