Hinge is a very thin piece of plastic; should be stronger, like nylon or brass. Though a sticker warns to press the hinge button before folding, it's very difficult to press, ESPECIALLY for arthritic elderly -- your target user! The hinge cracked after a few attempts & broke off completely. I'll duct-tape the hinge and use it straight, but it's NOT a good value until hinge improves!
