Value for money but customs duty charged in india makes product bit expensive. Appearance is as shown in picture on eBay site. Seller is helpful responded on all of my queries though there is a time difference. Initially there was some confusion due to worgly uploaded shipment number but seller resolved all the issues and I received the delivery before estimated delivery date. Overall experience is good.

Very happy with the quality of customer care. The goods arrived when expected and were well packaged and exactly what I was expecting, a good quality product at a great price. Overall very happy with my shopping experience and would definitely recommend them as a company who cares about their customers.

It came in good condition in a box with lots of protective bubble wrap and the button box was wrapped with more plastic saran wrap. 2 bolts and nuts hardware was included. Very good solution for a good price on my sim racing rig. Shipping took about 2 weeks.
