The original parcel, whilst well packaged had a rough ride through the postal service. Damaged the frame considerably. Immediately I contacted Sulis I received such professional and effective solution options. I chose repair and everything including 24 hrs retun post was undertaken for me. Excellent communication throughout the whole time. Today I received the painting on an arranged day. 100% perfect !.
