Unfortunately the hub I purchased had slight damage on arrival, so I informed the seller and they began the resolution process within 2 hours. The communication was very good and they offered various solutions, a full refund or replacement item among them. There was no debate, only communication to settle the matter. I recommend this vendor 100%.
