I am not sure if I am totally pleased with this item as it may be dated because it did a lot of updates it was not complicated to set up,,, but it took a very very long time indeed to find most of the channels which you have to be registered forthat is a laborious job and you also have to pay for a lot of the services. The sales person was reasonably helpful telling me I should take my Amazon credit card payment off my Amazon account so they cannot take payment.
