When the original order was delivered it was just a torn open empty package. In transit the heavy springs had tore through the flimsy package and lost. I advised the seller that better packaging was needed, but the replacement springs was shipped in the same flimsy package and also almost lost. On delivery the replacement springs were also in the process of tearing through the package. Hopefully they have learned a lesson from this.
